Fastway Constructions Ltd was created when our founder & director Sushil discovered a substandard lack of professionalism and accountability within the construction industry in London. As a homeowner himself with the need to rebuild his home, he decided that the best way he could help to fix this issue, for himself and other homeowners who want to create their dream home at the right price, was to create more than a construction company to go above-and-beyond. Sushil promised himself that he would use his knowledge, passion, and expertise to change the industry. Shortly after, Fastway Constructions Ltd was founded to provide a reliable and trustworthy high-quality service. Our biggest mission when Fastway Constructions Ltd was set, is to create life changing dream houses for as many Londoners as possible at more competitive prices.

Sushil brings the experience he has gained from 20 years in the construction industry to leading the Fastway team. His vas network of professionals within the industry ensure that projects are completed to a high standard. His attributes include tenacity, proportion, and a strong desire to meet his client’s expectations. Sushil believes that culture is king. Having the right mix of people in the office, means you can weather all kinds of storms and come out intact. Sushil has worked tirelessly to improve the standards within the company and provide colleagues with the right trainings to do a perfect job.

Kajal Chopra

Site Manager, Health & Safety Officer

Kajal ensures we maintain the best possible working relationships with our clients and looks to enhance the satisfaction that Fastway deliver, Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public. Conducting quality and safety inspections. Kajal is the first port of contact and will liaise with the team to make sure all communication is clear, understood and delivered great customer service skills are so important to me as well as the safety, care and welfare of our team whilst working on site. Having worked for a top 20 main contractor Kajal brings a wealth of experience to business development honesty, integrity, kindness, fairness and respectfulness. This is what the company prioritises and expects from its workers as well as what it promotes to potential clients.

Aziz Ahmad

Head of Quality Assurance

Aziz previously worked in the financial industry and has vast experience in management, auditing, Quality Assurance and H&S within the Construction Industry. Aziz ensures all projects are completed to a high standard and according to client’s specifications.
